www.rs-tuning.de
the 2.nd series of the RS-Tuning IC with the Secan core now also fits the 993tt for street and track use.
"Desweiteren kann der RS-Tuning Ladeluftkühler auch im 993 Turbo für den
Straßenbetrieb oder als Evokühler im Rennsport eingesetzt werden."
Don't know if that is "new" news though.

It's still very expensive as I got offer from Mr.Schmirler:
"
1x 993TT race intercooler with SECAN net!
In exchange to the original 993TT intercooler Price:13.340,-- Euro
"
Instead of buying that, I deciced to make my own version of it. There are many good pictures of Secan intercooler in internet..
of course, the result won't be as good as original Secan but hopefully better than stock 993tt intercooler

Stummel, this is the new generation of Secan intercoolers, more efficient than the previous version.
They are basically being made available now by RS Tuning exclusively to a larger customer base, since thay can be fitted to a regular MAF setup, no need for the complex build of a Pressure sensing intake system.
IMO this is the ultimate upgrade for club racers and the likes, users of Secan in GT will have a definitive advantage at a more affordable cost.
js, what's good in the Secan are the core alloys and R&D behind the efficiency, the size and design are only second to that. You can buy a huge Bell, Spearco or Griffin core and fit it, but don't expect the same results on the track, the large size on a less efficient core will drop your pressure and reduce performance.
TB993TT any first hand info from this setup?.
