Sold my SY tt
Just sold my 97 SY 993 tt.
I drove it for the last time in december 05.
Today I started the car and was barely able to sell this beauty.
The buyer heard the muff bypasses and bought the car at the spot.
Lets see what will be next, I guess it will have a higher V-Max
Man it is kind of splitting with a loved one
Enjoy your Turbos

how many miles and if you don't mind me asking how much did you get, I am in the market right now and all of this information helps when I am faced with a car to look at. I appreciate the information you can PM with it, please. I understand if you don't want to disclose.

No problem. It was 55k mls with 993tt and new 996tt wheels with muff bypass and 430hp ecu and a longer 6th gear. Sold for 49k Euro.
Perhaps a bit too cheap I guess as it took less than 24 hours to sell the car after putting it on www.autoscout24.de
I am considering a 996gt2 from sportec with a nice engine. But it is a bit too expensive for me at the moment...

Good to hear it is gone Stummel, you wanted badly an upgrade and this 993TT was not going to give you what you needed anymore. Let us know what you find out there.
Good luck.
Jean
