Well after a LONG search, i have a 993tt! it's quite an ordeal to find the "right" one, but its definitely worth the wait. the 993tt has always been one of my favorite cars, and im very happy to FINALLY have one in the garage. i cant seem to STOP driving this thing. btw, is it normal to find yourself always sneaking a peek in the garage just to ck out that rear end?
its got 31k with ECU tune, GHL headers/exh, oil cooler, PSS9s, and 996tt rims...so far
btw, where is the best place to get the Ruf 19s? did anyone have problems tinting? the shop that tinted my other cars said it wasnt going to be easy on this one?
here are a few pics

pjb,
Welcome and congrats on a fine ride. What a beauty... btw, looks like you have the Techart Airducts too. If you don't want them please let me know.
... and oh yeah I had the same problem about sneaking into the garage just to look at her a_s. Can't blame ya... enjoy!

Great find, great car. I just had my car tinted here in Moorpark. No problem whatsoever. I took that opportunity to remove the rear wiper... motor and all. Some people like that rear wiper... I don't. Congrats on your find and enjoy in health. And yes... I find excuses to go to the garage several times a day. I may be old, but I still haven't grown up.

Oh, I forgot to add, the Ruf wheels are available only from Ruf. They are in Dallas. 19" ruf wheels look great, but they are quite heavy. That said... I'm keeping mine!

Appreciate all the comments from everyone!
Ca993twin: your car looks absolutely SICK in that rear ¼ shot. Wow! Makes me def want to do the Rufs. I did see a pic of a blk/blk 993tt with chrome lips & blk centered HREs that looked SINISTER as well
we'll see..
anyone in the DC/MD/VA area shoot me a pm. would be nice to meet up with some local folks.

Very nice! Looks exactly like mine - and yes - I'm always staring when I'm in the garage. FWIW - I wouldn't tint - but if you must - make it ever so slight - I've never had cooling problems in the summer, and I've never found the car to be as attractive with the windows blacked out.
Enjoy - and take it easy unil you learn the car, it has capabilities that are far in excess of yours, and at speed things happen very quickly. One last thing - never ever lift on the throttle when in a turn or you will spin.
They are addictive aren't they?
