113 is impressive for a stock 993TT
we never see more than 110 on a stock car....

If I recall correctly Rassel with his factory 450hp and 2 people did a 116mph

No, they are not stock K24 compressor wheels.

The calculator was built from data collected from 4 cars - when standard and modified.
- actual 1/4 mile times
- actual chassis dyno figures

FWHP figure was calculated by taking the gain at the wheels = the gain at the flywheel [rather than assuming a % loss]
It should be noted at this point: US Dyno Jets read 15% higher than the [Australian standard] Dyno Dynamics.

Cheers
Paul

60' 2.089
330 5.597

I ran a 12.7 with my stock (except for muffler bypass) 993TT, at I believe 114mph. Too bad I lost to a 1984 Dodge Colt which ran a 12.4, oh well. If I find my time slip I will post it. I had a killer reaction time.

Correct, it was raining also, so I spun almost all first gear and shifted quickly to second.

It only takes one hard launch to bend the input shaft.

I'd never do that. I'll put my car on a road course without a second thought but not a drag strip. I don't want to spend the money rebuilding my transmission.
