Is it this car? I think a simple ECU would do miracles with that car. Also a bigger Turbo should be a simple "next step" with it. I have a good friend who races them in factory series. (He easily beats a standard 993 with it) According to him, they are bullet proof. But that's as usual according to a factory paid driver...

You should be able to do a simple ECU upgrade and end up +50hp on it.

I bet NOS has a 100hp shot kit for it; the blue bottle will look sick in the back. A lot of guys are now into Propane induction. You could strap the tank onto the roof.
