The K24 based turbo is an excellant choice for the foundation of a great turbo. The stock k24 compressor wheel is to small. You should upgrade the compressor to the K26 or other. I run the super 60 compressor on the K24 frame. It is responsive and pulls all the way through redline.
You must run a very free flowing exhaust with the K24's or you will hate the lag.
