Notice the clock has been moved down to the ashtray area - be interesting to know if the wiring is a cut and hack job or something more elegant.

Doug this is a fantastic way to get a nice big boost gauge in your clock spot and
maintain all clock and warning light functions within the clock. Some guys like Viper Bob
actually would stick the clock inside the dash so you could (when needed) check what
warning lights went off by poping out your new Boost gauge. Doug this would be a perfect
Mod since you have a beautiful phone console already (with its ridiculously useless phone),
and could have your clock mounted in the phone console--very cool!!
RUF has done this, and others I am sure (oh, V. Bob or others could tell you but I believe
all wires are long enough)

The tach and boost gauge are from a company called Stack: see http://www.stackltd.com/

FYI,

i asked about who did the motor work and this is their answer:

Engine:
1. Blueprint Information:
Blueprinting by John Broek Contact: MCL Motor Cars
2. Porsche 993 TT factory injectors.
3. Valve Springs - Elgin Cams
4. GT2 Camshafts - Porsche
5. Cylinder head porting Hayward Performance.

would this give 700 hp???

I know this car very well. It was built by John broke in Vancouver for a money no object client. The audio in this car was probably $20,000.(and it was done with weight savings in mind) I have not seen this car for quite a while but from what I recall it was a 3.6 7.5/1 motor based on a 94 turbo motor. carillo rods, arp bolts, o ringed heads, retimed k-24's, twin injectors, individual throttle body per cylinder, yada yada. The engine management was set up by Bob Holcombe on his dyno and yes it did make big hp. From what I remember it made 580 @ .8bar. O ya it, it use to be maroon in color.

Interesting, I've heard of this car too. If this is the car John Broek at MCL motors built, it used to be Arena Red. John's the head mechanic at MCL Porsche in Vancouver - very well respected. He also works on and builds cars at his home. He built it for a client and also owned the car himself for a while. Although I don't know the details, he said that his car made close to 600 Hp.
