Default WTB: 1996-1997 993 Speed Yellow C4S or Turbo

Hi I am in the market for a 1996-1997 Speed Yellow 993 Turbo. I am looking for a clean car no accidents and clean and clear title. I used to own a 1996 Polar Turbo about a year ago and sold it and regret it. I would perfer low miles and stock but if you have a 993 Turbo in Speed Yellow I will take a few more miles. I will also take mildly modded. I am also interested in a 993 C4S in Speed Yellow as I know the Turbos are hard to find in Yellow. I am cash buyer no financing needed, etc. I am willing to pay top dollar for the car. I have been following the 993 market for a while now and I know what they are worth and such. Please e-mail me at cor2nir@aol.com if you have something that fits my criteria.

Thanks

Corey

Come on Guys I know you people who have Yellow 993 Turbos that even might sell them. I am willing to pay a high premium for the right car.

I assume you've seen the ones on the internet already?

I saw a few yellow turbos the other night.

Very, very few nice ones around. Jim M here has a great one. I have also seen a couple that were not ones that I would want to own (accidents). SY is such a rare and beautiful color for these cars. Good luck with your search.

Didn't you just sell a Silver TT one in April of this year?

Cesar,

Thanks for the heads up the C4S is sold and the that turbo has been for sale forever as its modified looking for more of a stock car.

I know I am looking for a rare car and its going to demand a premium but I am in no hurry to buy. I want to drive a porsche though soon so I might buy a 993 coupe to drive untill I found the right Yellow turbo. I am also willing to pay the premium for the right car.

I did use to own a 993 Turbo as I stated and sold it because I had too many toys at the time. Thanks for all your guys replies and inputs. I really appreciate it.

Thanks

Corey

That C4S has been for sale for something like 2 years. Not sure why it is still for sale, if it really is in fact. But you might be able to get it for a decent price.

Alright guys I am in the process of purchasing of a Yellow C4S. I really want to get a turbo as well. I really want Speed Yellow Turbo, but I am also willing to take a Blk/Blk one as I know it take a while to find a Speed Yellow Turbo. Let me know if anyone wants to sell their Blk/Blk 993 Turbo. Perfer lower miles.

Thanks
Corey

Not if I get to it first! Just kidding. Maybe after Christmas someone will have to sell one of their toys and there will be more to choose from. I'm being real picky because I have to think about shipping issues and possible future resale. It's tough to find just the right one. Considered the silver ones but black really does it for me. Good luck with the search, if I come across any I'll PM.

I was searching for the same car also. I think a lot of people are. Thats why they are so hard to locate. I had one opportunity to buy a low (11K) mileage car, clean, stock car but the dealer in Florida would not even consider a penny less than 89K - and it sold in 1 day!
I gave up and started looking for a 996 TT Speed Yellow that was more or less the same price as the 993TT. At what point does the cost difference make you change your mind? That is what you have to consider. 996TT prices are so low right now, and it's still a lot of car.

I was able to find this 04 Turbo Cab X50, PCCB, Nav, etc. still under Porsche warranty for next 3yrs for only a little more than the asking price for the super mint low mileage 993TT's. I LOVE the 993TT and the classic style, but for me it was a no brainer to go 996 - plus a lot more speed yellow

Corey, I have given serious consideration in selling my (blk/blk 993tt) however I am not in a real big hurry and it certainly won't be within the next year. Maybe your new C4S will satisfy your needs for awhile and I say this to put a bug in your ear for the future and I will let you know. We have spoke in the past as I'm just over here in Lee's Summit and when that time comes I want a R-lister to have a shot at it and all the better that its local. It will be priced at the market for a low mileage car with a transferable warranty and a near complete maint. history w/sticker. IF is decide to sell its only b/c of a GT3. Enjoy you new car, take it to the track next spring over at HPT, its what they were made for.
