I have a really old, and totally worn out flannel-lined cotten cover that came with Waldo, and now covers Rufus. I've given a few hints that a new car cover would be a nice xmas gift. I do not like the synthetic fabrics... I really like this flannel-lined cotten. It came from Beverly Hills Porsche, but it may very well be manufactured by Covercraft. Its heavy and a bit bulky, but I don't mind.

Check out www.carnewal.com
They did a group buy not too long ago. Outstanding covers and you can customize them. I will post a picture of my custom made one if you would like.

You might be able to pick up a 996 cover on ebay. I use my 996 cab cover on my 993tt and it fits fine. I think mine is that noah fabric.

I find for inside use, quality king size flannel sheets work very well. Easy to take off/on and wash.

My custom car cover from Gert Carnewal. Excellent quality. The emblem is a bit too flashy for my taste but it certainly blends with local tastes It would fit perfectly stock mirrors, mine are not. There are many other threads with pics, namely one from user Monique for his RS on the 993 board.

Like Jean, I have a custom cover. Fits like a glove.

Look into a recent group buy on the 993 forum... lots of pics.

If there's another group buy on the Carnewal cover, I'd be interested.
