That's what I need! What make is that lift/where can I get one/what's the price range. How high does my ceiling have to be and does the floor have to be reinforced prior to installing....

The lift is a Gemini Lift. $4000 installed plus $1500 to move the garage door tracks to the ceiling. I have 11.5' of ceiling height...The minimum you could do it is with 10' assuming you don't want to get an SUV under the lift.

I have serious garage envy. What a great idea. My office parking has a bunch of these lifts, though I don't think my garage has sufficient ceiling height to accommodate one.
