Hal,

Can you provide a summary of all the mods you needed to do for the Stage 1 upgrade?

- Kevin's stage 1 hybrid K16
- What is the part number for the FVD ECU upgrade?
- Fuel pressure regulator? Which one?
- running at 1bar?

Do you have any idea what the HP rating is for your setup?

Did you do an aux oil cooler?

Sorry for all the questions, but it is kind of hard figure out what all the options are. I've sent Kevin an email so hopefully he can tell me what my options are.

I want to maintain the nice and smooth drivability of the stock setup.

Pete,

When I first installed the Stage 1 hybrids, the only thing we did was add a 5 bar adjustable fuel regulator to allow for more gas flow so we did not starve the engine with the increased flow.

Later I found the FVD ecu and added that. The part no. I believe is just the 97 993TT ecu part no. I think there is a Bosch no. as well.

I am probably in the 480 range.

I have not added an aux oil cooler. I was told that for my bit of street driving it is not necessary.

VipeBob did the install and knows the details. You might pm him for the info.

Hal
