SY 993tt
When it rains, it pours but just not the right kind of water. I've been looking for a speed yellow 993tt without much luck. Suddenly in the last week, two SY tts's have shown up in the Rennlist classifieds (at RPM and Truspeed) with low mileage and the normal premium attached to the S. I was going to call on the car in AZ but didn't after hearing the other Doug's dealings with that owner (and it dropped off autotrader this week - wonder if someone bit).
Anyone seen a medium mileage (20-40k) SY in the normal price range for such a car? there's also another on autotrader with a bunch 'o mods for 90'ish - no thanks.

DOUG, YOU MAY HAVE TO OPEN UP YOUR COLOR CHOICES, BUT I HOPE YOU FIND SPEED YELLOW,I DO NOT THINK THERE ARE ANY OTHER SPEED YELLOW 993TT IN MPLS. (A GUY IN IOWA CITY,

As a comment to your post, I have to take note of your "medium mileage" estimate of (20K-40K) miles. By how we discuss our cars, I know this is on point, but given the age of the cars, it represents a car with not a lot of use...2500-5000 miles per year. If you really like your car, it's hard not to drive it a whole lot more than that !!!

Check with Brumos in Florida. My friend just sold his Speed Yellow 97 TTS with Sport Seats with the painted yellow backs to them. THe car is probably just getting there and came from Nashville.
It has about 2,500 miles on it. Send me a Private Message if you want more info on the car. Good luck with your search.
