I'm trying to add a picture to my profile and it says the picture is too big. How can I make it smaller??

I use "Paint" to resize images... there is a tab called "image" at the top. In there is a menu item "stretch/skew". use the horizontal and vertical % entries to make your picture 10% or 20% (or whatever) of the original size. Make both horiz and vertical the same, or you'll contort your picture. Good luck.
