Default GT2 Strut Bar

I have a 92litre tank and was wondering if anyone had tried fitting Gert's GT2 strutbar with one. From the picture it looks tight, but it might fit.
Advice from anyone who has tried it would be greatly appreciated.

Which pic? I don't think that the pic of the tank shows the GT2 strut bar and the pics of the bars themselves are un-fitted?

Any advice appreciated, just need to make sure that it really will fit before I order it.

Here's the pic of a GT2 with a 92 liter tank and the factory strut bar:

But if you look at Gert's site under Suspension - P93 Turbo - GT2 Strut Tower Bar, the bar looks different to the one in your picture (I would post a pic but I'm not an expert yet).

Oh, you mean this one?

I think it's the same except for the lack of lateral adjustment and sits a bit lower. I don't see a reason why it shouldn't work.

I had an RS bar on mine for a while before Gert found some original Matter GT2 ones ..... the bar sits rather lower on the GT2 piece (think strut top height for a reference), apart from being much thicker (and lighter!). So it could be a problem - why not ask Gert ?

cheers, Maurice

I tried Gert first but he hasn't tried the two together. He thought that it would be tight but may fit so I thought that I would try and see whether anyone had actually tried it.
