Does anyone know if 1:18 scale diecast models of our beloved TT's are still available somewhere? I need something to beautify my desktop.

The link is long but way worth it.... There is two of the burgandy ones up for sale right now - but like the 993 in AU going UP in value - rarer and harder to get. I have a metalic black one as well - but i thenk they are a lot rarer. The Exoto are a SERIOUS collectors item - the ones i have in my collection are AMAZING in detail - and on EBAY cheap too!! I have the UT 993c2 model and it is great.

Minichamps makes a Silver 993TT and its considered a 1995 model if you search. I guess it came out in 95' copying the 96 model car. I found one on ebay through a dealer.

I think 1:18 size is better than the 1:43 size - but ill take either.

I'm checking today to see if we can get black or silver and I'l let you guys know what I come up with. I've only ever seen the burgundy colored models and would jump at the opportunity to get black or silver. I'm hoping to get them in 1:18 scale.

I had found a black 993TT on ebay. It is a 1:18, black exterior/tan interior. It was made by Anson. Check their website at www.anson-scalemodel.com.

It is okay. I think I paid around $25 for it

 

I recently bought one of the black/tan 1:18 993 TTs off Ebay that's made by Ertl. It's not a masterpiece, but it looks good. I paid about $30.

I want a Polar Silver one with black interior. If it happens to show Recaros with a roll bar and harnesses, that would be cool too.
