Saw a used set on Ebay for $1100. It went pretty fast.

Hi Kevin. Round numbers, about $3300-3500 depending if you want new sway bar installed at the same time (price would include the labor for the bars, but not the bars or links). This also includes the corner balance and 4 wheel alignment. I usually do 2-3 of these a week around here...

Also, damn I wish I had a picture at the house, I have started modifying ALL the sway bar mounts on every set of PSS9s or HDs that I sell or install. It takes extra machine work, but it makes sure that the mounts do NOT loosen up anymore and swivel. This has been a pain and expensive for many a Bilstein owner. I can just not have my customers with this potential issue any longer.....

Last I've seen was $2400 including coilovers, install, and align. This isn't as comprehensive as what viperbob mentioned above. Also, my figures are six months old -- exchange rates have probably inflated pricing since then.

Mark,

6 months ago I was doing it for a little over that as I also do a corner balance. Bilstein has had several price increases since then. My buy price these days is several hundred dollars more than I sold them for 6 months ago. And most of the blame for the increase was on the Euro. So when it comes down do you think we will see a price decrease??? I doubt it.

Once the struts are mounted on the car, do they have to be dismounted to correct this problem?

Sorry Don, but yes they do have to come off the car and be completely disassembled. It is a rather cheap and stupid design. If I get some time in between some of the other REALLY cool things we are designing and getting fab'd up, I will put some time into this..

Kevin,

Talk to Steve at Rennsport, I got mine from him for about $2650.00 and the installation at Porsche was about $650.00 with alignment and corner balancing.

Hi Bob,

I have the same question as Old Guy. Do we need to retrofit anything to be safe. As you know I have my first DE coming up in less than 2 weeks. Do I need to come in to the shop for any Tech Inspection?

Where are you guys hanging out on the weekends these days. I haven't seen any one for a long time already?

Hal,

It would be a good idea to stop by and let me take a look at the car first... Give me a buzz when you get a chance and we will work out a time...

And I have extra bypasses in stock
