Angry AC not working properly

Hi guys, perhaps you can help me
At the beginning of any drive the ac is blowing cold air but after an hour or so it starts to get weaker and weaker to the point that it is no longer cool at all...

Thank you Andy but my problem is not listed in list. My AC gets weaker (not as cold) as I drive and air through the vents become lukewarm...
Perhaps I should investigate the refrigerant level....

Maybe the AC needs a recharge?

Your condenser probably has a hole in it after 25 years.

It cant be leak if it starts cold! Probably a flap motor not working, go through the checks Andys link suggests

It could be the position of the thermostat in the condenser, making the compressor run continuously instead of cycling...
and causing a freeze up.
