Default Metal Coolant Lines Chafing

I was replacing my transmission mount, and noticed two metal coolant lines have chafing near the transmission mount. I couldn’t see anything metal near the lines that would cause chafing. However, there is a plastic mount on both lines that attach to a metal bracket on the transmission. It was not attached to to the bracket.

One of the lines has a slight grove in it. I am not sure what is causing the chafing.
