I have seen numerous car counts by model and year in various reference sources for 993s built, but I have never seen by color or by color within a model year and model for Porsches.

I do hear of such data for american manufactures for muscle cars (on TV shows), but never for Porsches.

I’ve heard 1046 total US/Canada 1997 Turbos, and I’ve heard roughly 180 of those were arctic silver. I have one btw.

From my research, no numbers for 993TT colors were every published - even the worldwide production numbers are hard to confirm (North American numbers seem to be published). There are several places on the internet that claim to have this kind of info, and some published information via books, but they often differ between sources so who knows what is accurate. I tend to believe the people who can prove they have direct factory access.

If someone "heard" a number, it would be interesting to see from where and can it be confirmed from the only true source, Porsche itself.

Cheers,

Mike

Default Chalk is subtle but beautiful grey white

I bought a Turbo in chalk with Agatha Grey/Pebble. And love it. Hard to show in photos as color changes depending on light
