Yes when I pressed him to pay for the clutch he told me he is
not a rich man. I beleive that to be the case. Like I said
I think most of his stuff is on consignment and this collector
stuff is BS. He told me a gentlemans way to do this was split
the cost for the clutch. THis after he lied to me about the clutch
being brand new and him sinking $4K into a new one.
Unbelievable. He still owes me $400.
I would not buy from him unless I was desparate and I
could see the car in person.
I am satisfied with the car but I had to work hard to get it
in nice shape. One other thing he lied about. He said the
car had just under 30K miles and it showed up with 37K!

Watt I have wanted to get this out, but have been hesitant
because I thought I could recoup that $400. It aint gonna
happen, so the truth comes out. I would guess Watt that with
your tastes you would be interested in one of his 'S's or that
95 993 GT2. Notice how none of these cars are pictured in his
garage, but it other locations. Thats because i believe they
are on consignment he gets a cut for selling someone elses
car. He paints this facade of a wealthy collector to put his customers
at ease. like they are his cars and as his website says he likes to
share! What bunk.

Fine property , most people are not aware Porsche built 39 slantnose turbo S to be sent to North America in1994. I am off this morning to montereray Calif. to pick up another one. Can't have too many Flachbau's. Go to Flachbau.com to learn more or pick up Adrian Streathers tremendous book on the 964 from bentley publishing called 964 enthusiasts companion.
