I have taken the front sway bar off and am trying to install the RS bar and it does not look right with the droplink going in front of the axle like the stock unit. It looks better to have it going behind the axle???? Any thoughts? Help. This is the right front from under the car looking up into the wheel well area.

Hi:
Your front droplinks are on backwards.
They should be positioned under the driveshafts. You will not be able to use the furthest hole (softest setting), but nobody ever uses that anyway.

In this configuration I am now hitting the front of the driveshaft, not actually hitting just very close. That is with it in the top hole. No way any of the other holes will work. Is it possible I have the swaybar in upside down?
This is a shot of the left front from inside the forword side of the fenderwell looking down and aft.

Hi Keith:
Looks fine to me,....![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Indeed, the driveshafts are close at full droop but there are no rubbing or contact issues as long as you do not use the "softest hole".

Hi Bob,
I put the old one back in. I could not get the RS drop links to work, they were rubbing the driveshafts. I may have had the bar in backwards. I could only snake it in one way at this point so I will try again when doing the Pss9's. That should give me the room I need to get it in right. I did get some good practice thought by taking it in and out multiple times this weekend
. Then I looked at the rear and how the drop link is connected and concluded best just to wait and do the whole job at once. Thanks for the support though it is much appreciated.

Jeff,
Before I started this project I did a search and found one of your posts. Every time I tried to get the sway bar in and out, using a floor jack as you mentioned, I was chuckling about your snaking description. (Those little puzzles that are metal curly pieces that you have to twist around to get them apart also came to mind.) Anyways the information in your post was very helpful. When I get back to it though I will post a picture of the completed front sway install. I could not find one, but your pictures of the rear again were very helpful.
