You'd never guess the prices have dropped this much by looking at asking prices.

That red car probably includes 10% commission in that final price of 159.5

True but the buyer did pay that much so $160 is not unrealistic for a similar car with full factory CF package. I also was there and found that for some reason Gooding sales were weak and similar cars that sold at Gooding for less than expected brought more than expected at RM. IMO my friends car is a nicer example than the red one.

I didn't see that many cars I considered exceptional except maybe the 92 turbo S. A lot of gussied up cars albeit nicely done.

I find it hard to believe that after all these years a clean 993TT can't command the same money as a ratty 94 turbo 3.6. these are equally nice but very different cars. No doubt supply and demand but I would think a 20k mile example should at least bring $150k

I'm watching pricing as I might be a buyer. Two in Canada at the moment.

96 - 92000km ask $200k CAD
97 - 42000km ask $230k CAD

From what I can tell both are priced with a high ask.

There is an auction on SecondDaily that ends shortly, let's see what happens there.

The market is really limited in Canada. Good luck with your search, if I ever get word of anything in Vancouver will let you know!

If we're talking about the same car, I know the buyer and have seen that car in person. Very very nice example with impeccable records. Add red seat belts and paint or wrap the seatbacks in red.......Oh My!!

Car didn't sell. Buy now was $146k. No real bidders. Is the seller on RL?

FYI C4S only made in 96-97. If it were me I'd choose a C2S over a C4S for sure!
