Could be midnight blue too. It's not very common ocean or iris blue in combo with a black interior. Typically they are grey or cashmere.

Iris or Ocean, defo not Midnight. I would say Ocean as Iris is a bit purple.

I'd ask why the brake calipers look to be in such bad condition. Was it tracked a lot?

Do the VIN or option codes indicate the color? Also, is it strange that the wheel caps don't say "Turbo"?

Ocean Blue Metallic was the factory metallic blue color in 1997. To get Midnight Blue in 1997 it was a PTS option.

Based on that odds are it is Ocean Blue Metallic.
