The G5020 have some gears made lower than in the G5021 to meet noice regulations in som countries. Probably a just slightly noticeable difference.
All late 993:s in all countries have G5020 gearboxes except Japan who always have G5021. (We are not talking RS and such cars now).

Welcome back! Quite the stable of cars you've had since your last 993. Not many cars match the balance of aesthetics and drivability of your 'new' ride. It's what keeps us coming back. Your low mile C4S most likely would have ended up in an investors collection; enjoy it and get some miles on that odometer!
