Armored Saint, Volcano Suns and Lenzi. Pretty sure that's the only ones I haven't owned or listened to.

Nice post!

Yeah it is a weird weird mixture of music. Kill Em All is my go to nowadays.

Going on 9 years for me and about 36,000 miles since I got it with 26,000. Just did a nice 500+ mile road trip and got it extra dirty. Keep racking up those miles.

Great post and great set of tunes! You're only missing The Dire Straits Albums.

I have to reinterate....it is a great post! Xav, your experiences have been similar to my own. With one addition, the great group of friends I would never have met without having acquired my 96....and beforehand, my 85. I just got back from a 1200 mile drive over three days with a bunch of those Porsche friends and she still looks gorgeous in the bug splatter and thick layer of dust. She'll be washed tomorrow when I head out on another 500 mile excursion with my wife. Love this (these) cars! Cheers

A touch longer than you, this fall will be 6 years.

I'll never forget telling the wife the day I brought it home it was perfect the way it sat and I would not be doing anything to it lol,

@XavierLaFlamme: I'd be interested in seeing photos of the modified interior of your car. Also, when you say you made your C4S into a C2S, what things did you change?

Here is a blog post with photos. I'll look for more.

I took out the from diff, drive shafts and tube and installed a trans brace. Not too difficult.

also, I had a shop weld in a new shifter box.

"I don't wash it much. But the beauty is in the shape of the car, the design, the motor and suspension. That is what I value. It looks good dirty and beat up anyway."
Great post. amen brother!

Minor Threat and Billy Joel in the same collection?? Now that's a broad mix!

I was a huge Minor Threat and Fugazi fan in the 90's/00's, and I still give my old tapes a play in my Audi tape deck on road trips. After 20yrs, I still surprise myself by remembering every word

Ah Fugazi... I still listen to "I'm So Tired" at least once a week.
