I know, this has been discussed earlier but I couldn't fin answer to this: After removing rear bumperettes, there is that aluminum 'bar' sticking out from the hole, does anyone know how can that be removed?

I changed my rear bumper to a Euro bumper that does not have those bumpettes. There was no metal bar that sticks out. All there was, was the metal re-bar. That bar is the thing that will save you if heaven forbid you get rear ended.

Hmm... Mine has them. I checked by removing the bumperettes but there was those aluminum 'bars' that stick out and it's not so clear (to me anyway) how to remove them... I'm quessing I have to remove rear reflector (between the tail lights) in order to get them but would like to know for sure, anyone done this?
