Thought that this was interesting: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cg...item=600364626

Perhaps if I was close to Okie, i'd make this my summer project.

The "Turbo S" moniker is a but suspect though.

Jeff and others,
Go to the following site for more pic and info on said car. This car is actually located in Florida with a asking price of $69000.00. I can only imagin that the ebay posting was made by some crafty investor....if they can get someone to commit at say....$75000.00, they make the purchase for $69000 with bidder's money at a cool profit of 6000 and never having to leave the house. OH the site:

I have called about the car to possibly turn into a track car. Can be had for $58K but no less I think.

Did anyone find the car's VIN on either of the two listing sites? A Carfax report might prove to be a real eye-opener.

Hi,
Just for my information what is a 996TT 'turbo S' as opposed to a straight forward 996TT?

There is no 996 Turbo S. Someone added an "S" badge on that car.
