PCA really seems to limit how detailed the ads can be and you'll mainly reach PCA members - you can't list or respond to ads if you don't belong.
If you list it here few a few weeks, are you saying BAT won't take the listing? Of course, to list here, you have to become a paying member.
Don't know much about Pelican.

Personally, It would be hard for me for me to say unless I could personally see it. It doesn't appear to have many options, and although I like the turbo wing (hopefully it's OEM) not everyone will. Seats looks good for that old of a car, would like to see the paint. Definitely would pursue a PPI. I will email the seller and let you guys know what I find.
