I'm kind of just giving you a hard time, but the wheels are from a 996, known as MY02s. They're considered to be one of the best OE wheelsets for the car though, a nice upgrade. I also spy some aftermarket window tint. Car looks very nice, welcome to the group!

I'm a newbie, too. Bought a '95 C2 in Aventurine Green in Jan '17. Without any other details of the suspension set up; exhaust mods; etc. of your car, the wheels are the dead give away here. These look like a WONDERFUL set of MY02 Carrera wheels but not original (stock) to the car. Check out other sources for stock wheel options. My car is 'stock' by some standards but has a new radio, custom stainless steel door sills and Porsche logo hand brake which to most would which would not allow it to be a 'bone stock'. If I were to tout the attributes of your car, is the paint original? How many miles?

One stock thing you might wanna change, is your SUV ride height. If you're on your stock shocks, they're toast, and a suspension upgrade would literally transform the car. You could slightly lower the ride height at that time for a more pleasing look.

Congrats on the nice ride!

Thank you Squidge for the cordial greeting. I know that this forum can sometimes be rather brutal to virgins such as myself!

I've had the little Mighty Mouse for about three months now and am loving everything about it. In the interest of full disclosure the car is even less stock now than shown in the picture.
Here are the mods I've done so far:
1. KW Suspension
2. Fister Golden Rod Shift Kit
3. Fister Stage 2 Exhaust

Thank you! Yes I've done a few things to her since the pic was taken including lowering to standard euro spec w KW suspension.

Haha why the smoke and mirrors about stock vs. modded? We like mods here!

Thanks flyt993! I just spent an hour reading (and learning from) some of your old posts. This stuff is addicting!
