Must be a clever dealer i think, or someone in financial trouble.
Just to go slightly OT Piers. I put 2500 miles on the RS on a trip to Copenhagen, to see some friends and to try out the mods on the autobahn. The conclusion is the car now is a real autobahn stormer. Had quite a hoot when the traffic would allow.
I'm back in bangkok now, so i will have to ammend my profile again

Hi Phil/Harold and co,
Indeed correct. Ex Sing RS bought by me in New Zealand
There were 116 RHD cars built. Len Munro in S.A. who runs a registery has 89 RHD car VIN numbers identified on his database:
South Africa (approx 10 RHD), The Phillipines (2), NZ (3), Australia (13), HK (11), UK (46) and Singapore (4) taking the majority.
Hope this helps.
