Rust bubbles around glass seals?

Hi Chris,
I posted before on the rust that I had under my Targa seals which was fixed..paid for 100% by Porsche. It was a large bill since they had to remove the entire roof to fix it. There was no preferation, and in fact the rust was just getting through the paint so no structural or metal damage occurred. I suspect we have a strong dealer locally with a good relationship with the local area Porsche rep. So if they give you BS about preferation is bogus...its corrosion not preferation. That being said, they would not cover my front disc shields being rusty since it may have been caused by wear-and-tear from the heat cycles of the brakes.
I just had the front windshield replaced and no signs of rust...fingers crossed!
