I asked a simple question that I still don't know the answer to. I don't believe either of you know me personally, nor how I donate money or time to good will causes.
I do appreciate what 911Pervy offered, was asking for additional clarification. Didn't mean to come across as ungrateful.
Reviewing my options sticker, I show a code of “630”. Lots of others appear to have “330”. This thread says 630 means “police equipment”. WTF? Can anyone expand on that?
Ummm. I don't see code 630 on the option section. I see it in the type section. You seem confused. You do not have a police car.
Ok. So what does the type code of 630 translate to?
I was really looking forward to picking up my brother Jake in my 993 when he gets out of prison. Wanted to tell him it has a cop motor, cop tires, cop suspension, and that it was built before catalytic converters so it runs good on regular gas. I expected him to critique the cigarette lighter.
993 630 denotes a 993 Carrera Cabriolet. 993 330 denotes Carrera coupe. There are other different 3 number designations to the right of "993" for RHD cars, Carrera 2's, 4S's etc.
Ok. So what does the type code of 630 translate to?

I guess those dreams are dashed.
Just get a couple of 'To Serve and Protect' stickers made up - he won't know the difference.
Oh and don't let him throw the lighter out of the window - very rare now.
