I have a 1996 C2, on the right side wall in the frunk is a relay holder, it has two identical ABS relays R65 & R68 993.615.136.00

The parts catalog lists a third relay R66 999.657.017.90 called "Brake Booster relay". This relay is not present on my car.

Is the third relay only present on a C4 as I believe on my C2 the brake booster is powered by the engine vacuum not an additional pump.
Anyone have insights into this??

What about a C2 equipped with the ABD system, which requires a hammer, PST2, or PIWIS to actuate the internal pump?

Just purchased BOSCH branded ABS relays 0-332-019-166. Interesting they are black in color not green like the OE ones that came in my car and previous aftermarket replacements.
