Default Aero Kit II 993 911 Porsche OEM Factory Carrera 4S Placement Rear Decklid ? ? ?

Dilemma...."I'm a bit OCD when it comes to my cars" ......swung by my Body Shop to check in on my car...mind you they have been in business for 40 years and know them personally ..very reputable... my Body Shop placed my emblem on my decklid like the Black C4S featured in Total 911 in the first picture.....not sure if that is correct..didn't say anything ...YET....who here knows the Porsche OEM placement of the Carrera C4S badge on the AERO Kit II Decklid... I've found two examples..95% of the time I see it where the Turbo S is placed and then this placement.......

Beautiful car. My zenith C2S came from the factory equipped with the aero kit II. The Carrera S emblem is positioned higher up like the car in your second photo. Easy to remove and reposition the emblem with a heat gun.

Thanks Foxman...this is what I figured. I reached out to his shop and this should be a relatively easy fix.

The "Air Hook" Decklid (holes in each side of the spoiler for extra air to enter engine compartment) used on the Turbo S was used also on all WB C4S & C2S as an "Aero Kit II option." This is per Porsche Classic in Germany. This kit either came from the Factory or was installed at the Porsche Dealer so it may or may not be on your Options Build Sheet per Porsche. The full front lip spoiler in conjunction with the Air Hook Decklid only installed on the Wide Body cars. It's confirmed that your Decklid is for the "Narrow Body" in most cases was part of the Aero Kit I.

How can you tell that an aero kit is OEM?

This is the rear spoiler I've just removed from mine that I'm going to sell.
It's an aerobat II.
I prefer the stock retractable spoiler.
