Recently have had door seals replaced on my 993. Old ones had split as they usually do at the sill plate area.
Installed new old stock 964 seals bought from Pelican. Doors seal tight and cosmetically all looks good, but now there is an irritating rubbing/squealing/squeaking noise while driving, around the door openings where the new rubber gasket edges meet the inner painted door surfaces...
For those who have experienced this, what is the best way to quiet the fresh rubber seals/gaskets rubbing against the door metal? Silicone spray lube? WD40? 303?
Any thoughts would be helpful.

I use a German made product called 1Z Gummi Pflege Stift Rubber Care Stick. Works great at keeping the rubber like new and squeak-free. Around $10 on Amazon, Autogeek and other auto-supply sites.
This stuff is designed to last for years. I've only been using it for the past 9 months, so I know it will at least last that long between applications.
Slight aside - the Krytox also works wonders on squeaky leather and vinyl seats.
