My 97 factory M/S tips are shiney/chrome looking just like the Carnewal pic FWIW.

Yes, I have 98 C4S with Motorsound and Wide Oval and they were listed as two different options.

Two different options, one was the tips as above and sports mufflers, one was the air box with holes and the wide oval tips
