C2S Nip and Tuck (Updated!!!!!)
Picked up a slightly used (187K miles) C2S at Hershey from a RLer, you would think that the car had 30K miles when you drove it with how tight it was, but would assume about 200K when looking at her from the battle scars of a well driven life. Drove it around for a day then dropped it off at the shop for the following:
Turbo S ducts
Deleted front and rear bumperettes (Body Shop is telling me that the bumperettes are what actually holds the bumper on, is that correct?
Deleted Headlight washers
Full respray
996TT wheels
After it gets home, I am going to do the following:
RS interior
RS Door cards
New seats
Repair rear parcel shelf
Here and there weight reduction
Then I am going to drive it for another 200K miles on and off the track.
Here is an "in progress" shot.

I added a question to the OP, are the bumperettes what holds the actual rear bumper on? Body shop is saying that it cannot remove the rears.

Bumperettes front and rear can be deleted. They require a plastic or bondo type of material to be filled into their voids by a quality body shop. I believe the rear also entails grinding off or removing a bracket that holds the bumperette itself on either side of the license plate.
I love the clean look of them off the front, but the rears don't bother me so much.
Post more pics!, sounds like you have some great mods coming.
