Default $500 problem with clear turn signals and silver hood emblem

The problem is, now the old fog lights look like ****, and new ones cost about $500.

EDIT: Rebuilt fog lights with new lenses, see details in this thread.

You can buy just the lenses and fit to existing housings to match with new corner lights. I think they're under $150 for the set. I've seen them on eBay recently.

Thanks! I only see amber ones, but the seller says he has clear, I've messaged him.

Has anyone tried using a glass polishing service?

That's great news about replacing just the lenses! Please report back to confirm.

The other thing I've read on RL is how to refresh the reflective backing inside the light so it looks brighter/clearer. That might help you match the clarity of the new turn signals.

The seller only had ambers on ebay, but they sell the clear lenses on their website.

Just ordered a pair, $120 shipped.

Great, thanks. I'll also add the link to the lenses to your thread.

Might be a good time to install some Turbo S Scoops. https://rennlist.com/forums/993-foru...installed.html

I think those look great on wide body cars, but keeping this NB car totally stock appearance.

Well, stock except for losing the amber turns and the gold emblem, that is.

Center, what was your source for clear corners?

They look great, as does the emblem.

TIA...

I recently refinished a set of fogs. New Hella glass lenses were ordered from eBay seller in Germany mentioned in post above.

I refinished my fog lights last summer, dramatic difference for very little money:
