Default parts number

I am going to install the collarsible oil tube with engine in car, since i need to take out the heat exchanger. i will use the new exhaust M8 nuts but i can't find the part number for below photo studs. Is it possible to take out the old one and replace it when the heat exchanger off ?

38mm overall, 22mm sticking out of head. Studs are measured that way!
