    Officially No, but many people were able to smuggle them in. Agents charge around US$ 50K but there is no guarantee so it is a gamble. 964/993 here costs around US $15OK but rarely do they come on for sale. Hope that helps, if your friend wants to talk more he can call me at 0811144365.
