Thumbs up Porsche Brake Pad Sale

Just wanted to pass on that Porsche is having a special on OEM brake pads. I just ordered a set from Suncoast (no affiliation, yadda, yadda)
as their price beat my local dealership by about $15 a set.
If you need/anticipate needing OEM pads, they are about $100 US off at this time.

Cheers

Got a URL for Suncoast's 993 brake pads? Looks to me like they either don't carry them or are out of stock.

Navigate to the 'Full Parts Catalog' and go from there. Or just call. I've found them to be very helpful.

Not sure what the standard price is, but I just ordered F&R pads for a '96 coupe, shipped to Tx, for $88. (From SunCoast)

Same here. I got quoted for the same price. But that covers only the pads, sensors and pucks cost extra.

Question: Are oem rotors made by Zimmerman?

hn, do a search for 'zimmerman brembo' and you will learn a lot.
Brembo, although a bit more money, are of higher quality, and have the non-wear surfaces painted silver so they do not rust (and look terribly ugly through the spokes of your wheels)

Thanks Max. I always thought Brembo is way overkill/expensive for my driving style but I'll look into it.
