Default 993 drop links

As I pepare to have new springs (row m030) and Bilsteins Hd shocks installed any reason to replace drop links? Car will eventually get m030 front/rear anti roll sway bars and has original suspension with 40k miles. Will also likely replace front suspension bushings.

Check for torn seals and wear. I just refreshed my suspension - my car had 52k. I had to replace one front due to a torn seal and both rears as they were worn (once I removed them I could feel how loose they were).

I purchased my front OE Porsche drop link from Sunset Porsche (I have a C4S so the front links are the Turbo version) but replaced the rears with OEM (not Porsche) that I found on eBay. The link to those is below. They are identical to the Porsche parts I removed. I couldn't justify spending several times more for the Porsche version since those links are a simple design and nothing special. The rears were like limp noodles when I removed mine.

I'm about to do the same with my '96 993 C4S. Was debating going the PSS10 route but decided the M030 w Bilstein HD's satisfies my needs as well as falls within the 'Tasteful Mod' category (Trying to retain some originality and value).

Any words of advice? Love to see some before and after pics when you get them.

Let us know how you make out. I'd love to see some before and after pictures. As soon as I get my car that was the first thing I want to do. I plan on doing the labor myself but purchasing kit, from affordable source Would love to find out where you get them and what you pay for them?
