Manual Seat Question-->993,928..(NOT 996/986)
Do you pull UP or push DOWN to adjust for and aft?
Does this seat rail look like it is installed/mounted to the seat correctly or upside down?
GT3 seats..

The problem is the handle hits the seat Not allow enough travel to pull the tie rod and realease the opposite side slider.... Seat will not move.
Handle is too close or the seat is to far forward.

John,
I am no expert on this, but I did change seats many times OEM or non-OEM. I do remember that you do have to actually mount the seat to the car so the lever would work properly because it would stretch the width a bit and that would take care of the 'play' you are having now.
Or maybe you can measure the mounting points in the car to see if differ...
