No need to be sarcastic about suspension lube. I assume that they must have something in mind in terms of what might benefit from lubrication when they reassemble. I know that there is a TSB from Porsche about using lube on the sway bar bushings, perhaps there are other applications?
I'll mention the top-mount. They have installed PSS10s before, so I doubt this is the problem. Believe it or not, I'm working with a well-known and often recommended shop.

The extra rubber at the top makes alot of sense. Hope you get it sorted so you can enjoy her soon. Merry Christmas

Wanted to follow-up on this problem....
The shop determined that the noise was coming from the left-rear shock. They said that they removed and inspected the shock, but, the source of the problem was not apparent. After re-installation, the noise remained. Eventually, they removed both rear shocks. They noticed that what they described as a collar that seats against the spring was installed upside-down on the left shock. They disassembled the shock and flipped the collar. Noise is finally gone!
