I agree with the comment about feeling a little sorry for the car- if someone picked this up for a realistic sale price and fixed it, there's a lot that could be great about this car including sport seats!!
It's just a shame that this guy won't accept the mistake and take his medicine- albeit expensive mistake -

The club doesn't collect any $ for ads posted on the site. Members can post ads as part of the membership.
Regarding the "fraudulent dealer" statement if anyone sees an ad from such an entity they are encouraged to flag it.
The funny thing is that most flagged ads on PCA.org are from dealers posting as members. The rules are clear - members can only post personal property on the site. So if the title of a car is not in your name you may not post a for sale ad.
Which is exactly what the OP has done on PCA.org on multiple occasions and his ads have been flagged and taken down. He used to be a member here but was banned several years ago - search for deadhead1960.
One thing is certain - there are many sides to every story.

wow! this thing is still on eBay for $89k! realistically though, anyone doing their due diligence, should discover its a nicely gift wrapped turd sold by a liar.

And the PCA rules aren't so clear to me. They merely describe a forum for members to sell Porsche cars, parts, etc. Nothing about the title being in your name, or even owning the vehicle for that matter (although you might infer that from the buyer peace of mind surplus).

And as for "Integrity in the brand," PCA is not a brand. It's a car club, much in the same vein as Rennlist. As a club, just like Rennlist, PCA offers a number of services and opportunities to its members.
Just like Rennlist, one of those services is the classified ads. And just like Rennlist, most PCA members are honest with regard to selling cars and parts.
At the same time, just like Rennlist, there are a very limited number of PCA members who attempt to deceive potential buyers. Some get caught, usually by members, but some don't, just like Rennlist.
So, what should PCA do? Require an official title be on file in the PCA national office before a car is offered for sale on the PCA site? Of course not. But if that is the case, then should Rennlist not do the same? Of course not.
These organizations, and many more like them, have generally reasonable rules and policies that a reasonable person can comprehend and easily comply with. Most people follow these policies, but when someone does not, it's then left to the membership to police what goes on and call people out when they choose to be dishonest in their dealings with others.
It's not perfect, but it works most of the time.

No organization is perfect, but I'm also a big fan of PCA. Their DE and A/X provide a great opportunity to drive these cars the way they should be driven. I've also had the opportunity to meet a lot of quality people and fellow-enthusiasts through PCA.
