It's so bad guys get excited talking about which I95 on-ramps are better than others to accelerate off of. Factor in the traffic, both in terms of volume and the poor driving skills of the locals and their relatives from Central and South America...and compounded by the heavy rains! Honestly I'd rather own a Porsche in NYC, being that the Parkways, Catskills and Poconos are close by.
I think you get what I was saying. When 75% of this country is in a deep freeze where do they escape to? Yes, warmer climates, even though we have no curves! I live here because of the weather, ease of travel and relatively low living costs. I do no business here nor have I in the last 10-15 years. And we escape to somewhere else for as much of the unbearable summer as budget allows! That being said, I had a few RX's so maybe I'm biased...

For Miami you need a summer beater, it's so hot and with the rain storms...

Define "mid" mile....an 04 R32 for $12k, holy hell that's well below market.

Good ones are 18-20 all day long.....trashed ones are 13-14 last time I looked.

Your a Lucky guy to find one at that price

Actually paid $11,700 with two sets of wheels; needed $2,500 to be properly sorted. All stock with the exception of blue tooth head unit. 2 owners but seller owned since 2006 in Northern California. 83k miles. Great car! It's not about luck but rather opportunity. Oh, and it's deep blue pearl...the fastest color!

If I didn't own my R32 I would consider pulling the trigger on this GTI. With dedicated snow tires you don't need AWD for Boston winters. In fact my RWD 3 series BMW performed flawlessly for 7 years with snows. No affiliation to the seller of this GTI but traded an email and he'll take $7,500 for it.

Same here. Tough to find a good one that hasn't been modded to death.

Had a MK4 R32, then a B7 S4 avant, then a 08 RS4 and now a MK7 Golf R. Miss the VR6 and V8's but must say the 2.0T with a tune is an absolute beast! Its real nice to have AWD in Calgary!
