993 Tip Quaife LSD
Hello,
I've scoured RL and spoken to my dealer, and both say that a limited slip differential is not available for the 993 tiptronic. However, I have managed to find this online, and I am interested. Does anyone have any experience with this product? Can anyone confirm or deny this product existing? I am going to inquire with quaife, but I thought to ask here because there is no information online about the diff.

Did you get anywhere with this? I also enquired about the Quaife LSD a couple of years back and was told I could get a one off made at a cost of £3000 but I couldn't afford that, if you can get a group buy set up if be very interested

Last time i ask them, they offered it for EUR 1,800.
But they are very kinky with the order coz if something doesn't fit they would blame the buyer.
The Dubai Quaif dealer gave up on them on this very reason.
In general however, Quaif builds serious good stuff !

Quaife told me they wouldn't build any at all unless the order was for a minimum of 10 units, and I couldn't get anywhere near enough interest. Talks pretty much ended there, and I still have unanswered questions such as whether or not the diff would change the final drive ratio. I would reconsider the purchase if it makes the ratio shorter, as the engine already spins at ~>3000 going 80mph in fourth. I have to consider my daily commute; it is a TipTronic after all...
