Default 993 wing seals

Hi folks, i'm having a minor paint repair done at the top of the wing near the scuttle and the preference is to remove the wing seal.

I have taken the two allen head bolts out under the wing. Can this be extracted without removing the wing now?

Also, will it be possible to slot / push a new one in there or am I setting myself up for a fall?

Thank you!

What's a "wing seal" or "scuttle"?

Yes, that's it. The little piece/strip of plastic which sits between the fender and the cowl (the section to which windscreen wipers attach).

Thanks

In my case, the hardest part was to remove the old ones, since the ones I had from factory, had ribs facing inwards.
Took very tiny convex nail scissors and cut the top lip off, all along
Took a plastic hard squeegee and pushed the rest of the seal inside
Came out from inside, opened door and removed by pulling down. tore it in three pieces
To put new one, takes two seconds
align 5 times, press down once
