Best deal on ATE brake fluid?
#16
Anybody know what Porsche now puts in their brake systems? I'm just curious, since the shop manual says they used to put in "DOT4 type 200" with a 3 year change interval, but now they specify "Super DOT4" with a 2 year change interval.
What might "Super DOT4" be, and why would they change from what was probably ATE Type 200?

I've used SRF for the last couple of weeks. I got mine for around $40 to $50 per can. Too early for me tell any difference. I figure it’s not a huge price to pay to ensure my brake fluid doesn't boil. Just my opinion.
