Post Speed Yellow C2S - In the House (Pics)

After a fairly lengthy search, I found my car...the garage was looking so empty I had to do something. I located a 1997 C2S with 24000 miles and in perfect condition.

When the car came to me, it had the following factory options:
Racing Style Sport Seats (backs are not painted)
18" Technology Wheels
HiFi w/ CD Player
Motor Sound Package
Speed Yellow Seat Belts
Aerokit II Front/Rear Spoiler
Alum/Leather Shifter/Brake Handle
Dual Chrome Exhaust Pipes
Painted Brake Calipers
Torque Limited Slip with ABD
Rear Emblem Deleted

The PO had put in a complete carbon fiber interior. Inside & out, the car is virtually flawless.

Since it's been "home" I've put on the RS Wheels I took off of my '95 Cab, a strut brace and Techart mats w/ Speed Yellow trim. Next week, it's off to Performance Alignment to put on the PSS-9s.

Now all I need is a track event - here's a couple of quick pictures:

Hi,
I am new and in chicago.... I have been reading on this board for awhile though... After reading your post I was wondering if you were willing to sell your 18" technology wheels that came with your C2S... Also, I have a narrow body 1997... Let me know

Thanks,
Bryan

Thumbs up

Rick,

Beautiful car. Excellent taste in color selection. I wonder how many speed yellow C2S and C4S models were made between 1997 and 1998? <img src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" border="0" alt="[cheers]" /> <img src="graemlins/drink.gif" border="0" alt="[cherrsagai]" />

Sharp car - and nicely optioned. I assume the PO added the euro tail lights, which seem to go particularly well w/SY. Enjoy.

FYI - rear wheel offsets are different between wide (40mm) & narrow (65mm) body cars. The wide body wheels won't fit your narrow body.

Absolutely stunning car Rick. Speed yellow is sweet, and those RS rims are perfect. Are you going to lower the car? That would certainly make it perfect!

Cheers

Harold

Harold,
I'm definitely going to lower the car when the PSS-9s go on next week; I'll post some pictures when it's complete.
